This role will be instrumental in staff development, recruiting, operational execution, client growth, and annual business planning, helping drive sustainable growth and support company revenue goals across the broader Power Delivery market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee Power Delivery efforts across transmission, distribution, substations, protection and controls, interconnection, and related electrical infrastructure projects throughout the U.S.Provide strategic technical leadership and direction for engineering, design, project management, and project execution efforts within the Power & Energy teamManage and mentor a team of Associate Directors, Project Managers, engineers, designers, and technical staff, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing environmentAct as a senior client liaison, building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting project delivery from early planning and development through detailed design and executionDevelop, retain, and recruit top talent in engineering, project management, and technical leadership to support long-term team growthDrive annual business planning in collaboration with executive leadership, including revenue forecasting, staffing strategy, resource planning, and market growth initiativesOversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure strong project performance and successful client outcomesSupport the continued evolution of internal processes, delivery standards, quality practices, and team structure to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across Power Delivery projectsProvide oversight and coordination across internal teams, utility clients, developers, contractors, and external project stakeholdersHelp establish and maintain technical standards, QA/QC expectations, and project delivery best practices across the Power Delivery groupSupport a culture of technical excellence, mentorship, accountability, and proactive communication across the teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
