The Dallas office is one of the standout performers with lots of room to grow with their mission critical and large commercial footprint.Job DescriptionThe Sr. Preconstruction Manager will work alongside the VP of Precon to:Lead all preconstruction activities including strategic planning, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and proposal developmentManage internal teams and external consultants to produce comprehensive scope documents, conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, alternates, and schedulesPerform constructability reviews and collaborate with design teams to ensure cost‑effective, buildable solutionsDevelop cost models, value engineering options, risk assessments, and mitigation strategiesPrepare and maintain preconstruction schedules aligned with client milestones and pursuit timelinesLead subcontractor outreach and procurement in partnership with operations teamsParticipate in client presentations, interviews, and proposal meetings to secure new workMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
