Job Description

Lead preconstruction efforts, including cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling for construction projects.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined.
Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals and value engineering options.
Oversee subcontractor bidding and selection processes to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the preconstruction phase.
Ensure that all preconstruction activities align with company goals and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

Proven expertise in preconstruction activities, including budgeting and cost estimation.
Strong knowledge of the property and construction industries.
