Preconstruction Manager

• Develop detailed project estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with design teams to review plans and specifications for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholders to align expectations and project goals.
• Evaluate and select vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers based on project requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all preconstruction activities and decisions.
