The company values expertise and precision in delivering high-quality results for its clients and a collaborative work culture offering a direct path to leadership roles.Job DescriptionThe role of the Lead Transmission Line Engineer may include the following responsibilities:Design transmission lines in the 69kV to 765kV range.Mentor and train less experienced design team members.Coordinate design activities to ensure installation and operations will comply with specifications, codes, and client requirements.Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements and company formats.Perform independent reviews of work performed by others including calculations, drawing preparation, and transmission line models based in PLS-CADD.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
