Production Supervisor

• Supervise and manage shift production operations in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Oversee high-volume production processes, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflow.
• Manage labor schedules and monitor team performance to meet production goals.
• Maintain and improve operations in refrigerated environments, ensuring product integrity.
• Utilize ERP systems for tracking and reporting production data.
• Communicate effectively with a bilingual team, with Spanish language skills preferred.
