Job Description



Manage the full lifecycle of grants, contracts, and partnership agreements, including documentation, compliance tracking, reporting deadlines, payment milestones, and stakeholder coordination.

Serve as a key point of contact for grantees, contractors, working groups, and institutional partners while maintaining stakeholder databases, tracking commitments, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Lead planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, communications, agendas, briefing materials, and post-event reporting.

The Successful Applicant



Bachelor's degree required.

3+ years of experience in grant administration, contracts, nonprofit operations, or a related field.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft reports, summarize information, and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience tracking agreements, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
