A significant portion of their work comes from repeat clients and occurs in highly sensitive, occupied environments.Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator - Healthcare Construction Firm - Maryland will be responsible for:Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of healthcare construction projects.Assisting with project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams to ensure timely project execution.Tracking project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to help maintain on-time and on-budget delivery.Managing project correspondence and maintaining accurate records within project management software.Assisting with permit applications, inspections, and compliance requirements specific to healthcare environments.Preparing and distributing weekly project reports, meeting agendas, and progress updates.Supporting procurement activities, including material tracking and vendor coordination.Monitoring project document control processes to ensure all files are organized and up to date.Coordinating site logistics, project meetings, and communication between field and office teams.Assisting with project closeout, including punch list completion, turnover documentation, and warranty tracking.Ensuring adherence to company safety standards, healthcare regulations, and quality control requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
