A well-established South Florida general contractor specializing in healthcare construction, known for delivering high-quality renovation and expansion projects in occupied hospital settings.

Job Description

  • Support multiple healthcare renovation projects ($500K-$3M)
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with subs, vendors, and hospital stakeholders
  • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Participate in OAC meetings and project reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-5+ years construction experience (PE/APM level)
  • Healthcare experience not required
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office preferred
