Job Description

The Project Engineer - Civil will:

  • Support project managers on civil construction projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor activities.
  • Assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and project cost tracking.
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure project progress and quality standards.
  • Review plans, specifications, and contracts to support successful project execution.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Help manage change orders, project reporting, and project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer - Civil should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in civil construction, heavy civil, site work, paving, or utility projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Bid2Win, Agtek Earthworks, and/or AutoCAD preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
  • Must be able to commute to the Falmouth, MA area and surrounding project locations.
