The organization is known for promoting high performers from within and giving ambitious individuals the tools and support needed to accelerate their careers.With a diverse portfolio that includes healthcare, higher education, industrial, commercial, manufacturing, corporate office, and other sophisticated project types, team members gain valuable exposure to a broad range of construction projects and delivery methods.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projectsAssist with subcontractor management, procurement, and project buyout activitiesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentationTrack project schedules and assist with project reporting and cost control effortsCoordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teamsConduct project site visits and assist with field coordination activitiesHelp identify and resolve project issues while maintaining budget and schedule objectivesReview project drawings, specifications, and contract documentsAssist with project closeout, punch list management, and turnover documentationDevelop strong relationships with clients, design partners, and trade contractorsSupport project teams in delivering exceptional customer service and project outcomes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
