The organization has built a strong reputation for quality, agility, and long-term client partnerships, working on some of the most recognizable projects within its market.Job DescriptionSupport the execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, assisting in maintaining project safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, contracts, and closeout packages.Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules, procurement logs, and cost tracking reports.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to facilitate effective project communication and coordination.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress, outstanding issues, and upcoming milestones.Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor activities, and field operations to support efficient project execution.Review construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.Assist with project cost control efforts, including tracking budgets, processing pay applications, and monitoring change management activities.Support quality control and safety initiatives by helping ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and site requirements.Maintain accurate project records and contribute to successful project closeout through document management and turnover coordination.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
