MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred1-4 years of construction experienceExperience with ground-up commercial, residential, multifamily, mixed-use, or institutional projectsStrong proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Viewpoint, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platformsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsUnderstanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and project controlsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentDesire to advance into an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roleAthletic background is preferred but not required.
