With a steady pipeline of repeat business and long-standing client relationships, they are known for their consistent execution, collaborative approach, and attention to detail across every phase of a project.Job DescriptionThe Project Engineer - Corporate Interiors - Maryland will be responsible for:Supporting the execution of corporate interiors (tenant fit-out) projects from preconstruction through closeoutAssisting Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, and overall project planningCoordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project deliveryManaging and maintaining all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change ordersTracking project progress and helping ensure milestones, timelines, and budgets are metCommunicating regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issuesSupporting procurement efforts by helping source and track materials and equipmentAssisting with quality control and ensuring work aligns with project specifications and company standardsPartnering with field teams to ensure seamless coordination between office and site operationsContributing to project closeout, including punch list management and final documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
