Job Description



Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist with day-to-day project coordination from preconstruction through completion.
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, planning, and execution efforts.
  • Track project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and milestones.



Document Control & Administration

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with contract administration and change order tracking.



Field Collaboration

  • Work closely with Superintendents and field teams on daily construction activities.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support jobsite coordination.
  • Help address issues related to scheduling, materials, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

  • 0-3 years of construction experience (internship or full-time).
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
