Job Description

  • Plan project scope, schedule, and budget for large‑scale renovation work
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
  • Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and cost control
  • Communicate progress, risks, and updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless execution at every phase
  • Strong ability to coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects aligned, on schedule, and within budget
  • Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions
  • Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and field teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance across all operations
  • Hands-on leader focused on quality, efficiency, accountability, and problem-solving in the field
  • Demonstrated success managing fast-paced, multi-phase construction environments while maintaining project momentum
  • Skilled in interpreting drawings, managing change orders, and resolving complex site issues effectively
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on documentation, reporting, and project clarity
