Project Engineer IV - Substation (PE)

• Lead the design and execution of substation projects, including physical layout and protection & control systems.
• Serve as the engineer of record when required, sealing and approving engineering deliverables.
• Review and validate complex calculations, drawings, and design packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and design staff across project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define scope, resolve technical challenges, and maintain alignment.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure consistency, constructability, and adherence to standards.
• Support field activities such as site inspections, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling input, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist with proposal development, cost estimating, and technical presentations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company engineering practices.
• Champion a strong safety culture across all engineering and field activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practices.
