Backed by an established international parent group with decades of experience, the company benefits from global expertise, financial strength, and a broad track record in infrastructure and energy development.Job DescriptionMonitor and control project expenditures, ensuring accurate recording of supplier, vendor, and subcontractor tickets, invoices, and claims.Provide planning and cost control support for all projects, including variation reporting, contract progress monitoring, and customer billing preparation.Assist with preconstruction tasks, including mark-out requests, job kick-offs, utility work packages, and permitting.Capture and record data, including timesheets, crew locations, billing, as-built records, and materials.Manage and schedule project activities, ensuring timely execution and monitoring.Utilize productive reports from the project management system (View Point) for effective project implementation.Collaborate with the project management team to resolve issues and ensure project completion.Report monthly on project costs to ensure expenditures align with the project budget.Engage in both office and fieldwork, providing hands-on support for underground transmission projects.Participate in dynamic project kick-offs and in the development of utility work packages.Attend and contribute to customer meetings, gaining exposure to client interactions and project negotiations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
