A respected Chicagoland general contractor specializing in public, municipal, education, and community-focused construction projects. The firm promotes mentorship and internal growth.

Job Description

  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Coordinate project documentation and drawings.
  • Track project schedules and procurement activities.
  • Assist with project cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  • Support project closeout processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of construction experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
