Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination and administration.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
  • Track project schedules and assist with progress reporting.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor activities.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications.
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost management.
  • Support procurement and subcontractor buyout processes.
  • Participate in project meetings and jobsite visits.
  • Help manage closeout documentation and punch list activities.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 0-3 years of construction experience.
  • Internship or co-op experience with a general contractor is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
