Job Description

The Project Engineer will:

  • Participate in a rotational training program through estimating, field operations, and project management.
  • Assist with quantity takeoffs, bidding activities, and cost estimates for civil construction projects.
  • Support project teams with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and project tracking.
  • Shadow field crews to gain firsthand knowledge of construction operations and project execution.
  • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, engineers, and operations personnel.
  • Track project progress, budget performance, and key deliverables.
  • Utilize construction software and Excel-based tools to support project planning and reporting.
  • Help maintain communication between project stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Learn company processes, standards, and best practices through hands-on training and mentorship.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of commercial, residential, multifamily, and transportation projects.

A successful Project Engineer should have:
