Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to senior management.
