A leading developer is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout NYC. This leadership role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong track record of managing complex projects, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project phases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure all documentation and permits are in place for successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive - Construction - Manhattan should have:
