A leading developer is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout NYC. This leadership role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong track record of managing complex projects, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution phases.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to align project goals and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
  • Monitor project performance and implement strategies to address challenges.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive - Construction - Manhattan should have:

  • At least 20 years of high-rise construction experience.
  • Construction Executive / VP-level experience.
  • Successfully completed at least 5-6 major projects from start to finish.
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage several Senior Project Managers.
  • Strong technical and construction knowledge, with the ability to resolve complex project issues at the executive level.
