The Construction Project Executive /Quality Lead is responsible for planning and coordination across multiple residential projects. This role plays a critical leadership function in ensuring technical accuracy, schedule reliability, cost predictability, and overall construction quality.You will act as a central point of coordination across project teams, ensuring that documentation, schedules, and field execution remain aligned and optimized

Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Resolve project challenges to maintain progress and quality.
  • Monitor and report on project status, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively.
