Job Description

The Project Executive will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of higher education construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Leading and mentoring project teams, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project efficiency and safety.
  • Regularly reporting project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 10-12+ years of experience within a commercial general contracting environment
  • Proven experience leading higher education projects from inception through delivery
  • Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $30M+
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of profitability and client satisfaction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera Scheduling, and BIM
  • Strong Senior Project Managers with relevant experience will also be considered
