Job Description

The Project Executive - Life Sciences/Healthcare - Bethesda will be responsible for:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports
  • Coordinate with superintendents to ensure field operations align with project plans
  • Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations
  • Participate in project planning, logistics, and risk management strategies
  • Mentor and support junior team members as projects scale

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive - Life Sciences/Healthcare - Bethesda professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably new construction
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
