Job Description

The Project Executive / Senior PM - Multifamily - Wash DC will be responsible for:

  • Lead and mentor multiple Project Managers across active job sites
  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative, managing high-level relationships
  • Oversee execution of multifamily renovation projects ($10M-$20M range)
  • Act as a senior construction leader driving project delivery and team performance
  • Collaborate with ownership, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure success
  • Manage complex tenant-facing environments and sensitive project conditions
  • Travel across NY, NJ, and the DC region as needed
  • Support team growth through recruiting and network development
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight after initial ramp-up

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive / Senior PM - Multifamily - Wash DC should have:

  • 10-15+ years of construction experience (SPM or Project Executive level)
  • Strong background in multifamily renovation (occupied projects highly preferred)
  • Experience with affordable housing or low-income housing projects is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Polished, client-facing communication skills
  • Strong tenure and demonstrated career progression
  • Ability to manage tenant relations in sensitive environments
  • Experience in Mid-Atlantic markets (NC to Delaware preferred)
  • Degree preferred but not required
