Job Description

The Project Manager - $25M+ Projects will:

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Drive project execution on complex, igh-end builds values at $25M+.
  • Maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools to manage project operations.
  • Collaborate with field teams and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Split time between active project sites and regional offie locations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - $25M+ Projects should have:

  • 5-10 years of Project Managerment experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven track record managing projects valued at $25M or greater.
  • Experience with healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country club, or other highly customized commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work from project sites and office locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
