Job Description

The Project Manager - $30M+ Commercial Projects will:

  • Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications.
  • Lead ground-up and renovation projects across a variety of commercial sectors.
  • Coordinate design-build project delivery and drive successful project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance.
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership on key project initiatives.
  • Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain project documentation and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - $30M+ Commercial Projects should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven success managing projects valued at $5M or greater.
  • Experience leading projects independently from start to finish.
  • Background in commercial, multifamily, retail, municipal, educational, industrial, or similar project types.
  • Design-build experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Procore.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to commute to the Hudson, NH area and travel to project sites as needed.
