Job Description

  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and overall resources
  • Overseeing procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors
  • Coordinating and managing on‑site construction activities with field teams
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and regulations
  • Communicating regularly with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Managing contracts, change orders, cost reporting and project documentation
  • Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Providing accurate and timely project status updates to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally within academic or healthcare environments
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of construction codes, regulations and industry standards
  • Experience using construction management and project control software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
