Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end management of local construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance are maintained.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout all stages of construction.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A strong background in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in all projects.Has 5-7+ years of construction experience, with several years in a Project Manager role
  • Operates independently and thrives with a long leash, capable of running projects with minimal oversight
  • Brings a versatile background across TI and ground-up commercial work, ideally within the $1M-$15M range
  • Experience with design-build projects and estimating is a strong plus
  • Proficient in or open to learning Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Premier (open to teaching these softwares as well)
  • Values a collaborative, family-oriented culture and enjoys being hands-on in the field
