My client is hiring for a project manager or assistant project manager with a broad scale of work in the Warrenton, VA area.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on-site.
  • Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Support the construction team in achieving project goals and objectives.
