Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any delays or challenges proactively.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
