The company is consistently recognized among fast growing and top-performing contractors in its region and nationwide, creating a dynamic and high-performing environment for construction professionals.Job DescriptionManage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through completionOversee up to 3 active projects simultaneously (with an initial ramp-up period)Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting and bid developmentDevelop comprehensive project bids, including identifying and sourcing subcontractors, suppliers, and materialsCollaborate with internal teams to finalize vendor pricing and proposalsCoordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersTravel to project sites approximately every other weekEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsMonitor schedules, costs, and risk mitigation strategiesMaintain accurate documentation and reporting using Excel and internal systemsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
