Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the property industry.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with design and specifications.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Must have proven experience managing ground up multifamily and/or affordable housing projects.
  • Must have proven experience within post-tension concrete construction (such as parking garages).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Boston.
