Job Description

  • Manage an $85M K-12 construction project from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration
  • Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations teams
  • Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and financial goals
  • Foster strong client relationships throughout all phases of construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Broward County K-12 Construction should have:

  • Current Project Manager with general contractor experience
  • Proven K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction background
  • CM-at-Risk project experience required
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
  • Ability to lead project teams and maintain client relationships
