In this Building and Construction Project Manager - Buffalo you will:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Monitor procurement and resource allocation to ensure project needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for all stakeholders.
