Job Description

In this Building and Construction Project Manager - Buffalo role, you will:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams for seamless delivery
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
  • Track costs, manage change orders, and provide regular reporting
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Building and Construction Project Manager - Buffalo candidate will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager in construction
  • Strong background in commercial Building and Construction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong financial and organizational acumen
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, etc.)
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
