In this Building and Construction Project Manager - Buffalo role you will

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the property sector.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Address project risks and resolve any arising issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions where applicable.
