Job Description

  • Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout on a complex life sciences manufacturing project.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships.
  • Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee MEP coordination and technical project requirements throughout construction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive project performance, quality, and profitability.
  • Support design-build processes and contribute to value engineering initiatives where applicable.
  • Utilize project management technology platforms to track documentation, schedules, and project progress.
  • Mentor junior team members and help foster a high-performance project culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience delivering life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other highly technical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.



Preferred Experience

  • Design-build project experience.
  • Background with leading ENR-ranked general contractors.
  • Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or similar project management software.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring project teams and developing others.
