Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial interior construction projects. Reporting to senior operational leadership, the Project Manager will serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, landlords, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and financial performance.
  • Conduct job cost analysis, cash flow forecasting, and budget reporting to ensure project profitability.
  • Oversee contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, and quality control initiatives.
  • Utilize project management technology platforms to manage documentation, communication, and project financials.
  • Build strong client relationships that drive repeat business and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Commercial Interiors Construction we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction, tenant improvement, workplace interiors, or renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Experience reviewing and administering construction contracts.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Procore Project Management and Financial Management modules.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated approach to project delivery.
