Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of Class A office interior construction projects in high-rise buildings
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinate with design teams, building management, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery
  • Lead project meetings, resolve issues proactively, and maintain documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects
  • Proven success with Class A office renovations in high-rise environments
  • Based in the Atlanta metro area
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in construction management software and project documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced timelines
