Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse project teams. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
