Job Description

  • Manage full project lifecycle for a clean room construction project
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Lead client meetings, reporting, and overall project communication
  • Oversee project closeout, documentation, and turnover

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Clean Room Construction should have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager on commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Clean room construction experience required
  • Manufacturing and design/build experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and cost control
  • Engineering degree preferred but not required
  • Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
