Employees are empowered to take ownership of their work, collaborate with talented teams, and build meaningful careers while working on some of the most significant projects in the region.With a robust backlog and continued growth across multiple markets, this is a company where talented construction professionals can build long-term careers and advance into senior leadership roles.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor buyout activities.Negotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor agreements.Monitor project costs and proactively manage financial performance.Partner with Superintendents to drive project execution, safety, and quality standards.Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor meetings.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate project closeout activities and final turnover.Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
