Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects in line with client specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and budgets as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain smooth operations.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
