Project types include both Ground Up and Tenant Infills (Offices, Industrial, Medical/Labs, commercial). This is an excellent opportunity to join a tight-knit group that prides themselves on delivering for their clients.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from start to finish.Work closely with developers from the very early stages of site acquisition.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and addressing potential delays proactively.Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations throughout all project phases.Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders effectively and clearly.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, maintaining a focus on solutions.Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
