They have grown at a consistent rate over the past several years, and are looking to add qualified, culturally-aligned Operational managers capable of running larger jobs. The typical project size for this GC is between $30M - $70M in contract value, however they will go smaller and larger than this median.If you're looking for a General Contractor who can have you involved with large projects while also providing an exclusive, local atmosphere - APPLY NOW!Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, bidding, construction, and project closeout.Oversee projects with contract values upwards of $20MDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and reporting requirements.Facilitate project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and governmental agencies as neededReview and manage contractor schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, payment applications, and contract compliance.Monitor project progress, quality control, safety performance, and regulatory compliance.Ensure compliance with local codes and standardsPrepare and present project status reports to clients and senior leadership.Coordinate project inspections, punch lists, commissioning activities, and final project closeout documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
