• Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to maintain productivity and morale.
